Welcome to your Merchant dashboard! This guide will walk you through the various sections and features available to help you manage your account, track your transactions, and access important settings. Follow this video to navigate and utilize your dashboard efficiently.
1. Account Overview
Access account tab to view your account details along with a summary and current balances.
2. Current Balance Display
View both your available and reserved balances, and simply click on your balance to request payouts.
3. Account Statistics Overview
In this section, you can track your performance and view detailed statistics about your transactions.
4. Feed
Access the latest transactions updates by clicking on Feed.
5. Feed Sections
On the Feed page, you'll find two main sections: Payments and Orders.
6. Payments (Feed)
In the Payments tab, you can easily view and manage all your transactions. Simply click on a transaction to access its details. Additionally, you can request and download statements by clicking on the "Statements" option.
7. Orders (Feed)
In Orders section, you can conveniently manage your account orders placed through Payment Links.
8. Billings
On the Billing Page, you can access your billing templates, create new invoices and subscriptions, and send them to your clients.
9. Links
On the Links Page, elevate your marketing campaigns by incorporating direct ordering links and QR codes, all managed effortlessly from one central location.
10. Profile
To access the profile page, click on "Profile." Once you're on the Profile Page, if your account isn't verified yet, take a moment to verify your registration number and company name. If everything looks correct, you're all set to complete the verification process!

After completing the verification process, your profile is ready to be finalized. You can now access and modify your account, including your address, bank account details, brand preferences, terms, and available currencies.

Click on "Team" to view and manage your team invitations. Select a contact to see more details or make modifications.

Click on "Contacts" to access the contacts page, where you can manage your clients' contacts and modify their details or add new ones. These contacts are used for sending invoices, subscriptions, payment links, or QR codes.

To access the Developers page, click on 'Developers.'

In the Connectors section, you can explore API documentation, download plugins, and access Mobile SDKs or libraries for various programming languages.

In the "Brands" section, you can see your associated brands and find their IDs.
18. Keys (Developers)
In the "Keys" section, you'll find it simple to access and manage your API keys for both test and live transactions. Whether you want to create a new key or edit an existing one, it's all conveniently at your fingertips.
19. Webhooks (Developers)
In the "Webhooks" section, you can effortlessly create or modify webhooks and choose the specific events you'd like to receive notifications for, streamlining your payment process.
20. User Menu Options
Access your settings, test data, or log out through this menu.
